Before we left, our family went to the Vietnam Airlines London Office to double-check various travel rules. The office staff was pleasant, professional, and polite. They provided us with instructions on how to transport luggage and medications. We could also check our travel schedule and ask questions about online check-in. The staff answered all of the questions in depth. The office was peaceful and simple to get to. Our visit was brief but very helpful. If I ever needed help with an airline, I would definitely go back there. During the service, we were treated with real concern.
