When my friend and I required assistance with our return tickets, we had the opportunity to stop by the Vietnam Airlines Singapore Office. The staff was friendly and pleasant as soon as we arrived. They paid close attention to what we had to say and nicely resolved the problem. We were relaxed the entire time because the office was calm and cozy.
